I'm Burgandy, the owner of Cedar Bodyworks. I've been a massage therapist since 2014.  I stared my career in the medical field right out of High School. I did phlebotomy and CNA work. Every time I started school for my nursing something big would happen to me. it was the universe's way of telling that was not my path.  I took a year off from the medical field and found life had a little less of a purpose. I knew helping people is where I belonged.  I found a great school in SLC called Myotherapy and knew it was the right fit for me. I jumped in taking all sports and injury classes. A year out of school I was accepted into a Structural Integration program. I worked in a sports clinic for a year an half and then had mentor take me in and teach me soft tissue manipulation, My work 3 years in was lacking relaxation and I knew it had its place I set off to learn different modalities.  I enjoy helping people connect to a healthier them
